Welcome to circus.fyi, operated by CircusFYI Analytics ("CircusFYI", "we", "us", or "our"). circus.fyi is an informational analytics, tracking, and comparison platform for the iGaming space. circus.fyi provides analytics, on-chain deposit and wallet tracking, streamer and casino statistics, sentiment data, comparisons, and related informational content. Our platform is designed to help users make informed decisions.

We are not a casino, gambling operator, bookmaker, exchange, or financial institution. We do not offer gambling, take bets, hold or process user funds, or facilitate wagering of any kind. We aggregate and present publicly available data. Nothing on circus.fyi constitutes financial, investment, or gambling advice, or a recommendation to gamble. All information is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Our data and rankings are generated from our own methodology and publicly available information. We are committed to keeping our coverage impartial:

• Sponsors, advertisers, and affiliate partners receive no biased or preferential treatment in our data, rankings, ratings, or visibility.
• We do not accept payments, incentives, or any other consideration in exchange for better ratings, higher rankings, favorable reviews, or manipulated statistics.

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the security of the platform
• Misrepresent data from circus.fyi or use it in a misleading way
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms

All content, branding, methodologies, analytics tools, and other intellectual property on circus.fyi are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. Third-party names and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

circus.fyi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data, statistics, rankings, or other information on our platform. On-chain data, operator conditions, and third-party information may change without notice, and we cannot guarantee that our information is always current or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CircusFYI Analytics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, decisions made based on our data, actions taken by third-party operators, or any interruption of service.
